2016 Mini Countryman S All4
I discovered too many predatory salesmen in my recent search for a family car. I learned first hand the many ways in which the price that is listed is far from the price on the bottom line whether through list versus cash prices, “optional” vin etch and anti rust undercoating charges, inflated DMV charges and dealer conveyance fees. This was especially true for us as we had obtained our own financing prior to our search. I was frazzled but determined not to do business with people that I knew were dishonest. Superior Motors was my last call of the day. I spoke with John and flatly asked what the cash price was for the Mini Cooper advertised. To my surprise, it was the same price listed on the website. In disbelief I asked about vin etching, rust protection and all the other hidden up-charges from my searches. John reassured me there were no hidden charges and never tried to persuade me to change my financing. I had a good feeling about John so my wife and I drove from Roxbury to Milford to test drive a couple of options. There was no sales pressure, at all. No pressure of any kind. John made me a cup of espresso and we sat down with he and Mesut and had a conversation about life, culture and far away places. By the end of the afternoon I was confident I made the best decision for my family in purchasing a car from John and Mesut. They are honest, genuinely good people who happen to sell cars. I would recommend Superior Motors for anyone looking for a fair deal on a used car.

It was a Great experience! They took care of all the concerns I had about the vehicle after test driving it and they had the truck ready the next day. One of the most professional dealers in the country
I approached Superior Motors as an out-of-state car buyer and from the very first phone call they were honest, straight forward, and had an excellent attention to details. Great Find
There’s nothing worse than looking for a used car. After looking all over the Milford area for a good, reliable, affordable, clean car we were thinking we would never find something worth buying. When we found Superior Motors we were shocked at how many clean cars they had on their lot. They don’t have a bad car on the entire lot and have cars in all price ranges. We purchased a 2008 Volvo for my daughter on Memorial Day and then went back the following Saturday and purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry for my son. Both of these cars I would consider to be “older” and both of them look like they were never driven. Both the interior and exterior on both cars are in immaculate shape and we were hard press to find any issues. John gives you the car fax and all the important information like break life and tire life left. They performed all of the regular maintenance like oil and filter changes before selling the car. After talking to John and Mesut for a while it was clear that there was a reason why they have so many good cars and that’s because they take pride in what they buy and sell. John and Mesut have both been in the car dealership industry for a very long time and know a lot of people. They both made us feel like we were buying a car from a family member and are about as honest of car salesmen as I’ve ever met. I will be recommending them to as many people that I know looking to purchase a car. We will definitely be back to have the cars serviced and the next time we need to purchase a car to see what they have available.

Superior Service at Superior Motors
I purchased a used Toyota Prius and cannot be happier with my decision to go with Superior Motors! The vehicle was meticulously inspected, serviced, and came with a dealer's warranty. Most importantly, the owner John took time to listen and understand my needs. He personally made sure that every step of the process -- from financing to final detailing -- was easy, transparent and convenient for me. John and his crew took great care of all my needs which included recommending an auto insurance agent and delivering the car to my driveway! Making a major purchase from Superior Motors felt right because I knew that everyone at this place cared and had pride in their work. I would absolutely buy from them again and highly recommend the dealership to my friends and family!

I had a great experience with Superior Motors, I was looking for a particular car for a while. Superior Motors not only had the exact model I was after, but also the best condition car I had seen. The service was excellent! There was no pressure to purchase, and I found the environment friendly, honest and professional. The owner was great and I received great financial advice (plus a good rate) from the financial adviser. I have only had the car for a week, but love it. All in all the experience was good, i will certainly be looking to use them again when my wife is due a new car. Thank you Superior Motors.

"I'm at best, I'm skeptical when it comes to doctors, attorneys and definitely car salesmen but my experience with Superior Motors in Milford has changed that.Their straight forward and honest approach was totally unexpected and therefore refreshing.Typical car dealerships should both take note of what they do and watch out for their continued success!
